Our commitment to safeguarding every area of our operations is second to none, and our irrigation techniques are focused on conserving as much water as possible. By a practice called "dry farming" we rely on the spring rains to provide our water needs for the whole growing season only watered a few time having roots grow deep preserving nature as intended.Farming is an essential part of our culture, and we do our part to ensure it’s done in an intelligent way by leaving a very little footprint.
